Improving the Tecmo NBA Basketball Games

So, I'm "double posting" this topic here since I originally posted @ TecmoBowl.org, but received no response...

I must say their editors don't appear to be as efficient as I had hoped. Let's just say completing these games became a labor of love and pure willpower after a couple of months.

 

Anyway, can anyone out there help with the following improvements for these ROMs?

1) Update the year(s), where applicable to 2019-2020

2) Add the remaining three (3) teams: Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Pelicans, and Toronto Raptors

3) Add the missing Divisions: Southwest and Southeast

4) Rename the Midwest Division to the Northwest Division

5) Reorganize the teams in alphabetical order, where applicable (e.g. Brooklyn and OKC)

6) Place the teams in their correct divisions

7) update team logos

 

These are the immediate improvements I can think of, and I'm certain there are others as well.

 

Also, for quick reference, I'm working with the Rabbit and Tecmo NBA Manager utilities, but they also need their own updates/fixes (more on that later).
